Design Notes
Mr Ixolite
The last surviving Banshee with long sad face. Wrapped in something which may be a long cloak or possible wings. He has a speech impediment and is very shy. Leaves written notes (OooeeeOooeeeOooee) under doors of those about to die rather than screaming from rooftops. Technically banshees should be female, this may be why he is sad.
