Design Notes
Constable Downspout
A gargoyle, a nightmarish figure with huge pointy ears, mouth shaped like a pipe and wings. Diet included pigeons - i.e. the message carrying ones.
A watchman whose job it is to watch. His talents include sitting still, standing still, and not moving. Nearly all his desires in life include pigeons, with which he is paid.
