These are all from Games Workshop who produce a large range of dwarf spearmen with various spears and breastplates. The dwarfs are only names in the books so few changes have been made to the original figures.
The first 6 dwarfs were built without any idea which character each was meant to represent. Suggestions were requested as to who you thought they best represent. Thanks to those of you who provided suggestions. The following is the majority choice, I hope you will not be too disappointed if they are not as you thought.

Constable Gimletsson

The dwarf is either a new recruit or a friend of Washpots as (s)he is reading a leaflet about Om. They have a battle axe strapped to their back in place of a spear. |

Blame Games Workshop for the reason these latest two Watchmen are Dwarfs. I recently obtained a set of their multi-part plastic dwarfs. Fiddyment is constructed using standard pieces of the kit. |
Constable Keenside
 |
Keenside has been modified. His right hand originally supported a battle axe held at the slope. Another battle axe has been carved to look like a traditional dwarf miners axe an is now held in his left hand. He still wears a scarf to protect his mouth following his nasty accident. |
Constable Brakenshield
 |
The three new characters from Thud are all created using the GW multi part plastic dwarfs as above. They are more or less a straight build. Brakenshield has a long handled axe so that he can reach a troll's head. |

GW plastic dwarf with letter of resignation made from a scroll from the Mordhien plastic accessories. And 'No' I'm not that good an artist. The lettering is a decal - although I did design and print myself. |

Lance-Constable Hrolf Pyjama
A dwarf who was one of 5 recruited to join Ankh-Morpork City Militia in MAA.Lance-Constable / Corporal / Sergeant Abba Stronginthearm
May have been recruited with Pyjama and had reached Sergeant by the time of the Fifth Elephant. In The Night Watch he is murdered by Carcer Dun in Treacle Mine Road. He was off duty and had just picked up a rat pie and chips and was leaving the shop when he bumped into Carcer. Carcer was a wanted man and must have thought that the watch had found him. He stabbed Stronginthearm in the neck before running off. Carcer stole his crossbow, so it appears that the Watch are never really of duty.He was unmarried and lived in New Cobblers with his parents.
Lance-Constable Lars Skulldrinker
The female dwarf Angua named after telling Carrot there were three female dwarfs in the Watch.In FoC four dwarfs were on the Kingsway beat, one was female and wished to borrow Littlebottom's lipstick. This may have been Lars or the third unnamed dwarf.
Constable Gimletsson
One of the Patrician's guards after he was poisoned in Foc.Constable Glodsnephew
Was also guarding the Patrician.Constable (Hrolf?) Thighbiter
He may have been the dwarf who asked out Cheery, and is therefore almost certainly male. FoC Was stationed at Dolly Sisters in the Fifth Elephant.Constable Hacknee
Mentioned in the Fifth Elephant.Constable Fiddyment
Has a small bit part in The Truth. There is no description of him and although he was "a bit sweet" on Sacharissa I have made him a Dwarf.
Constable Keenside
Had all his teeth knocked out when the Watch's brass and leather construction speaking tubes and pneumatic messaging system got mixed up. Rats are known to nibble at the tubes. Again species is not given.
Constable Brakenshield
Appears in Thud. Has a dwarf axe.
Constable Ironbender
Appears in Thud.
Constable Ringfounder
Appears in Thud. Based at Chittling St. Half brick clanged off his helmet during a disturbance. Later resigned for personal reasons.
